In Gujranwala, Pakistan, Hamas terrorist Naji Zaheer is the main guest at the Lashkar terror camp: Video
IslamabadIn a renewed confrontation between the Palestinian organization and the Islamic terror group, Hamas and Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) commanders recently met in Pakistan, a country well-known for supporting and harboring terror groups on its territory.
Naji Zaheer meets Rashid Ali Sandhu, the commander of the LeTIn Gujranwala, Pakistan, senior Hamas commander Naji Zaheer met LeT commander Rashid Ali Sandhu at an event hosted by the Pakistan Markazi Muslim League (PMML), which is thought to be Lashkar's political front. The main visitor at the Lashkar-e-Taiba terror camp in Gujranwala was Naji Zaheer.
The interconnectedness of these terrorist networks has once again come under scrutiny due to the presence of leaders connected to terrorist organizations on stage.
When an undated video of Zaheer and Sandhu sharing a stage surfaced, the meeting gained attention. Zaheer was the chief guest at the PMML event in Gujranwala, according to the information that is currently available. The meeting suggests that the two terrorist organizations that the US has banned are becoming closer.
Understand the Hamas leader's ties to Pakistan. It should be mentioned that Zaheer was the same Hamas leader who, a few days prior to the terror attack in Pahalgam, traveled to Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) in February 2025 with other Hamas officials. Alongside commanders of Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammed, he spoke at a joint anti-India rally during the visit.
His activities in Pakistan go back even further. Zaheer spoke to the media at the Karachi Press Club during his visit to Karachi in January 2024. Additionally, he traveled to Islamabad in April 2024, where the Islamabad High Court Bar Association congratulated him.
In addition, Zaheer met Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman, the head of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam, the largest Islamist political party in Pakistan, on October 14, 2023, a week after the October 7 terror attack in southern Israel.
In 2023, Zaheer was in Quetta.Zaheer also attended the "Al-Aqsa Storm" conference in Quetta, Balochistan, on October 29, 2023. In addition, he participated in the "Toofan-e-Aqsa" conference in Karachi in November 2023 with Mashal, who joined via video.
The videos also gained attention because the US administration anticipates that the Pakistani Army will send troops to establish a new stabilization force in Gaza in the future. Trump's 20-point plan for Gaza earlier called for an international force to supervise a period of transition for economic recovery and reconstruction in the Palestinian territory that has been devastated by more than two years of conflict.
